  • 44 ml Frozen Shōchū
  • 1 Squeezed lemon juice (alternatives: grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple, orange or lime)
  • Salt
  • Sparkling water


  • Prepare the glass by dipping the rim in water and then in salt.
  • Add the Shōchū and lemon into a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
  • Garnish with lemon zest.
