44 ml Frozen Shōchū
1 Squeezed lemon juice
(alternatives: grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple, orange or lime)
Prepare the glass by dipping the rim in water and then in salt.
Add the Shōchū and lemon into a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
Garnish with lemon zest.
