As the weather gets warmer parts of the world our craving-level for a liquid refreshment goes up. In order to fill this gap, we have reached out for an easy long-drink recipe which would stimulate your Endorphins.


44 ml Frozen Shōchū
1 Squeezed lemon juice
(alternatives: grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple, orange or lime)
Sparkling water

Prepare the glass by dipping the rim in water and then in salt.
Add the Shōchū and lemon into a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
Garnish with lemon zest.
