Lemon sour Chuhai – A Mild Japanese Margarita-like drink for a sunny afternoon. Since the weather gets warmer on parts of the world, our craving-level for a liquid refreshment goes up. In order to fill this gap, we have reached out for an easy long-drink recipe which would stimulate your Endorphins.

Lemon sour Chuhai | FO-AM Catering
Ingredients
- 44 ml Frozen Shōchū
- 1 Squeezed lemon juice (alternatives: grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple, orange or lime)
- Salt
- Sparkling water
Instructions
- Prepare the glass by dipping the rim in water and then in salt.
- Add the Shōchū and lemon into a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
