Shipping costs

Our shipping pricing policy is honest - we do not hide any prices in the product price. It simply means that we do charge for shipping & handling which we do with love and care. 

All of our products are being packed and shipped from our warehouse in Berlin to most of the world. For shipping outside the EU, the German VAT is not applicable. Once you register at our shop, the German VAT will be deducted. After the export (price excluding the German VAT), the VAT of the recipient country is to be paid. Please contact your local customs authority for detailed information about the import regulations for your country.

General instructions for all returns *

Please make sure you fill in the return/cancellation form which is enclosed in your package or available to downloaded here:

Attach the form to the returned package or send it by mail to order@mykilos.com with an order description.



Normal return

If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused purchase in its original packaging within 14 days. Since you paid for the shipping, we will cover the return shipping charges for you!

As soon as we have inspected and approved the returned item, we would issue a refund to the payment source with which the purchase was completed.



Damaged items

We want you to be satisfied with what you get from MYKILOS products and services. Have you received your delivery with anything missing or has damaged during transit? Please check the item(s), take pictures and inform us within 2-3 day. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. You must keep the original box for the product in order to be able to claim the product.

If you wish to replace your damaged item please note it in the return form.

*If a returned item is shipped outside of the EU international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. MYKILOS is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
